This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains the privacy policy of Thoughtful Technologies, LLC (“we,” “us” or “our”) for ThoughtfulTechnologies.com (“Site”) with respect to your information including what information we collect, how it is used, stored, disclosed and how it is processed. YOUR USE OF THE SITE IS SUBJECT TO THIS POLICY AS PART OF THE TERMS OF USE. BY USING THE SITE, YOU ACCEPT THIS POLICY AND CONSENT TO LET US COLLECT THE INFORMATION WE DO.

We may change this Policy at any time by updating the Policy posted on the Site and showing the new version date at the top of the page. Your continued use of the Site after the new version of the Policy is posted constitutes your acceptance of the new updated Policy terms.

What Personal Information is collected and how?

We do not collect Personal Information about you except for what that you provide to us through the Site about you and your business (an “Entity”) in order to provide our software-as-a-service. You and any Entity that you access the Site on behalf of are collectively referred to as “you.” The information includes your name, email address, phone number, and any additional information you provide in the message box. No other personally identifiable information is collected.

The Site is only for visitors who are 18 years old or older (or the age of majority in the applicable jurisdiction). Any information we receive from users we believe to be under the age of 18 will be purged from our database.

Do you use Cookies?

The Site uses only essential Cookies required for basic site functionality and security, such as protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). “Cookies” are small files which might be stored on your computer or mobile device and are used to recognize when your computer visits the Site. We store your Personal Information for one year after your last visit to the Site.

No Sale of Personal Information

We have not sold any Personal Information of a California resident in the past 12 months and we will not do so in the future. We have not and will not sell the Personal Information of minors under the age of 18 without affirmative authorization. California residents also have the right to request that we limit or stop the “selling” (broadly defined to include some types of sharing) of their Personal Information under certain circumstances. However, we do not engage in selling Personal Information.
